How To Custom The Metal Label?
1. Drawing design.
Send your logo design or product design or ideas to us in Cdr, Ai, Pdf, Psd, or Jpg format. If do not have them yet, don’t worry,at least let us know your idea then we move forward together.
2.Communication and quote.
After we fully understand your requirements, we will recommend suitable custom labels and quote to you. After you confirm everything we start the order.
3.Open the mold.
According to the material customer chose to make the mold. Usually, metal crafts are made of Iron, Zinc alloy, Brass, Aluminum, etc.Usually need 2-3working days.
4.Metal processing.
Usually, there is die-casting, stamping, polishing, sandblasting, plating, etc processing way.
5.Filling the color(If your design has colors).
Baking varnish, Soft enamel, Hard enamel, Plating, 2D/3D printing, Epoxy, etc.
6.Quality Inspection.
Check the product for appearance problems, test the viscosity of the label, color fastness, alcohol test, etc.
7.Packing and shipping.
Usually ship by DHL,FedEx,Aramex,UPS ,need about 3-5days.
